I am a person with a disability. Should I put that on my résumé?

The answer to this is "No" for any person who has any type of perceived reason NOT to be hired. The latest buzz word is "unconscious bias," but it's called "discrimination."  Whether the hiring team is doing it consciously or unconsciously, you don't want to provide anything that can create a <negative> story in the reader's mind. I do not recommend disclosing anything personal such as a personal disadvantage, marital status, children, personal plans, plans, or anything. It's up to you to determine the risk vs. reward in disclosing anything not required on a résumé. Keep it professional.
