If I have an experience that shows some great results from a couple of positions from over 20 years ago, how can I represent this on a résumé'?

In general, twenty years ago is not very relevant and considered out of date. Rationale: the market, industry, and measures of success have evolved significantly since then. Additionally, due to the risk of ageism, we don't recommend 20 years of detail on your résumé.
