With different job descriptions, and the differing verbiage they have, should we change our résumé every time?

• You do not reengineer your whole résumé for every job because:
  • You only get 1 résumé on LinkedIn
  • Your experiences haven't changed just because the job changed
• The summary and keyword section can be modified if you keep track of your different résumés versions.
• It might just be a minor tweak, such as reordering bullet points so you are bringing up the most important pieces for the company first
