If I have a company I want to work with, is it a good idea to send to HR to ask for job openings in the future and attaching résumé in the email?
NO - do not ask for openings, as that ball is in your court to look on the website

Don't ask people to forward your résumé for a position that you might not even be qualified for. Send specific emails that are focused around opportunities
