A colleague sent me an email and referenced me for a position. How should I approach this situation?

• Go back to your friend and ask him for a job description that they were referring to.  Feel free to go to their website and search for the position as well.
• People want to help you get a job so do not feel bad asking people for help finding that specific position.
• Feel free to do a candidate packet for that position.  Hiring managers want to hire people who are passionate for that job. Pull out all the stops!
