How might we received rejections after applying?

• FIRST: If you get declined within 24 hours, it likely was a robot that denied you so definitely follow up with the hiring manager
• SECOND: You did not get the job and you are notified by someone in email or letter.  (or they are not answering your follow-ups)
  • If, after this, they recommend an alternate position, ask them to send you a job description or find it on their website
  • Definitely send a thank you note AND ask if there are other positions they recommend for you OR go find other jobs at their company and send it to them asking them for their support.
