When applying to jobs, some applications ask for a cover letter or candidate packet separately. What do you believe is the best way to upload those documents?

• Online, where they ask for RESUME, only put the resume.
• Have the candidate broken apart and saved as separate pieces in a folder on your computer, just in case.
• If there is a spot for cover letter, you can post all the packet or the Job Description Profile or whichever pieces you feel fit.
