When applying to jobs, some applications ask for a cover letter or candidate packet separately. What do you believe is the best way to upload those documents?
Online, where they ask for RESUME, only put the resume.
Have the candidate broken apart and saved as separate pieces in a folder on your computer, just in case.
If there is a spot for cover letter, you can post all the packet or the Job Description Profile or whichever pieces you feel fit.
