• As a hiring manager, I need a job posted now, I need that filled right now
• It is always important to look at 10+ jobs at once and not rely on a particular job.
• Be deliberate in the actions you take towards the job you want.
• If it is too early for you to accept a job, consider identify somebody at the company, contact that person and mention your status to ask for help.
  • "Would you be willing to spend 30 mins with me morning or after to pick your brain and get to know a little about your organization and perhaps you could give me some guidance for a job search?"
